About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that will drive growth and revenue for our brands. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies that align with brand’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Analyze data and insights to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copy and creative assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to brands.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure the satisfaction and project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to brands and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant platforms.
    Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams.
